المنتج وصل غير صالح للاستخدام وتم التواصل مع الشركة لاستبداله ولم يستجاب لرغبة المستهلك مما ترك انطباع سئ عن الشركة المنتجة وموقع التسوق للاسف معاملة غير مرضية بالمرة ونفس سياسة معظم مواقع التسوق انها تزهق المشتري في عملية الاستبدال او الارجاع حتي ييأس ويترك المبلغ الذي تم دفعه ...شكرا امازون

The pillow arrived compressed but did not decompress
It seems like the product was stored in a hot area and the pillow melted into its compressed state. So all I have is a hard piece of rubber. which was not comfortable to use.
