Gangster's wives
Dolly Rawlins gangster husband dies in a robbery gone wrong along with his crew and along with the wives of the rest of the gang plan to carry out the same robbery. The original 80's British crime drama is perhaps a bit dated but still remains a tense and gritty British crime drama with excellent performances from the entire cast lead by Anne Mitchell as Dolly Rawlins while her husband Harry is a nasty piece of work up there with TV's best villains. It's done in serial format with 6 episodes in each series, and while I feel that series 2 isn't quite as strong as series 1 it's still tense and builds to a superb finale.

Bought for my husband as he remembered it being on tv. I enjoyed it and am going to buy the sequel next.
