Postnatal Multivitamin

I love these mega food postnatal vitamins. They help with milk supply and it’s a source of good nutrients that you would miss out through the day. It’s been a good addition in my daily routine after having my fifth baby it helps me a lot helps me stay energized and just to know that both baby and I are receiving all the vitamins that we need makes my mood very pleased

I can tolerate taking this so well! Doesn’t have a bad aftertaste like most vitamins, doesn’t upset my stomach even without a meal, my hair has grown so thick and long everyone around me has noticed. The size of the pill is large, as most are but it’s manageable. I would definitely recommend this postnatal over any other.

I ordered these around 6 months postpartum because I liked the healthier ingredients. I noticed it did help me feel more energized and helped with my bruising due to getting the extra vitamins. However it did not help with my milk supply. It’s a bigger pill but easy to swallow. Does smell and tasty funky so take it quick lol. I am now a year postpartum and done breastfeeding and have switched to their regular women’s vitamins and love those also. Overall a great vitamin.

I’ve used megafood prenatal vitamins during pregnancy and now I’m using their postnatal vitamins and I’m very happy with them! They are slightly larger than the prenatal ones, but I’m not having a hard time swallowing them like I would have if I were still pregnant, so it doesn’t bother me. You take two a day so one bottle is good for 60 days! I’m 8 months postpartum with twins and still EBF so I’m super picky with what vitamins I’m taking and these have been great.

I like these! I’ve not struggled at all with lack of energy or mood swings and I’m 4 month postpartum. Great ingredients for a great price! They do smell like Guinea pig food but just hold your breath and swallow it it’s fine. A little on the bigger side but again great ingredients worth it!

I have used them since I had my baby early September. Never had any issues with breast milk production. They are bigger sized chalky pills, so I only swallow one at a time as they are a little difficult for me to get down. I used this brand as well for my pre-natals and they seemed to do their job perfectly well so I just automatically trusted them to do a good job postnatal as well. I would recommend them. They are a little more expensive, but they are also not filled with a bunch of crap, so I think the money is worth it.

As a breastfeeding mom, I understand the importance of maintaining optimal nutrition to support my baby's health and my own well-being. After trying several postnatal vitamins, I stumbled upon MegaFood Baby & Me 2 Postnatal Vitamins for Breastfeeding Moms with Folate. These vitamins have been a game-changer for me, and I'm delighted to share my experience. One of the standout features of these vitamins is their commitment to using real, whole foods as ingredients. MegaFood takes pride in ensuring that their products contain no preservatives, synthetic additives, or chemical-based binders. This aspect aligns perfectly with my preference for holistic nutrition and sets them apart from many other brands. Another notable aspect is the inclusion of folate, a crucial nutrient for both me and my baby. Folate is essential for supporting healthy neural tube development in infants, and MegaFood Baby & Me 2 provides a generous dose of this nutrient. Knowing that I'm meeting the recommended intake of folate significantly eases my mind when it comes to my baby's well-being. One concern I had during my search for postnatal vitamins was taste. Fortunately, these vitamins have a pleasant, gentle flavor that doesn't leave an unpleasant aftertaste or cause any digestive discomfort. The tablets are also easy to swallow, which is particularly convenient for busy moms who may not have much time to dedicate to supplementing their diet. I appreciate MegaFood's commitment to sourcing their ingredients from trusted farmers who follow sustainable and organic practices. It gives me peace of mind knowing that the vitamins I'm putting into my body are produced with care and integrity. The only downside I've found is the size of the bottle; it would be great if MegaFood offered larger quantities to reduce the need for frequent repurchases. However, considering the quality and effectiveness of the product, this minor inconvenience is easily outweighed. In conclusion, MegaFood Baby & Me 2 Postnatal Vitamins for Breastfeeding Moms with Folate has proven to be a top-notch supplement for supporting my nutritional needs post-birth. With its emphasis on real food ingredients, abundant folate content, and commitment to sustainability, this vitamin has become an integral part of my breastfeeding journey. Whether you're a breastfeeding mom or know someone who is, I highly recommend giving this product a try.

Have been taking them since I had my daughter and she’s 8 months old. Also exclusively breastfeeding since then so I’m sure they’ve helped my supply. Easy to take and great whole food in them along with everything you need post partum!

So far, it’s good. The taste is a little bit sour, but acceptable.

I gave it two stars bec it does work with giving energy to me. I am ok with the taste and the size of the pills. But it caused me to have so much gas and to my baby too. Also caused strong vomiting for my baby. Im so upset bec it was big blows of vomiting. Also I feel my milk supply lessened. I immediately stopped taking it just after a few days. May have worked for others but it was more cons for me than pros. Now I have to look for another postnatal supplement to replace it.
