ZIRO PLA 3D Printer Filament, Metallic Glossy Pure Color 1.75mm PLA Filament, Shiny Shine Printing Material, 1.75mm 1KG/2.2lbs Spool, Silky Silver

The more filaments I buy from this brand, the more I convince myself to get more colors from Ziro.Jus bought the silver PLA and I was amazed with the finish and quality.First thing that I liked, was the clean print finish I get with all Ziro filaments. This was a silk silver PLA, and some silk filaments, no matter the printer's tuning, tend to produce stringing at some point of the print process. Not with this one. Printed figures get a pretty neat and clean finish and very precise layering.The second was the color. This one got a really awesome looking metallic shining silver at the end. Used it to print a vintage landing platform for a sciFi spaceship and it almost look like real metal. Loved it.I compared it with a eSun silver filament I have, and the difference in quality and color is HUGE.I haven't been disappointed with any Ziro filament so far. Glad that I found this brand. Keep it up!

Filiment had good print quality, never had a problem with clogging and my print settings are dialed in so no stringing issues either. The models had a smooth look to them and a nice metallic sheen. Good product will purchase again.

I Love the Ziro brand of filaments. I use several different kinds of filament and the Ziro brand always comes out great. Would recommend.

Ziro makes a good silk PLA but the shiny blue looks more like purple.

Absolutely love the color of this filament!I had been looking for a rose gold for a while, but most were either too pink or too gold/yellow. This one is perfect! Printed great, packaged nicely with the usual extras included, no issues with clogs or tangling. Smooth prints that look great, and exactly what I wanted for my self-watering planter.I've purchased multiple ZIRO filaments - they've always been solid and ZIRO brand is one of my go-to's when I'm looking for something specific. This one is no exception. Definitely recommend!

As someone whos favorite color is purple I had to try this when I saw this particular shade. I didn't expect much but I was wrong about that. But lets start with my setup so you know where this review is coming from:Ender 3 (not pro)SKR Mini E3 v1.2Flexible magnetic build plate (official creality)BMG Clone Extruder @ 409 Esteps.Cura slicer and profile used was the CHEP 4.7.X Good (0.2 layer)Okay so with that out of the way lets actually get into the review.Settings: I found that setting the bed to 60c worked best for adhesion like most PLA and for the hot end 180c on my printer made it look less silky but 200 made it nice and silky so it can work both ways for you. Just look at the temperature tower picture I printed to see for yourself. 205 and over wasn't bad just I just preferred under.Adhesion: The plate adhesion was surprisingly good especially since usually I have to use elmers (purple) glue stick to get a lot of things to stick to my printer but almost all of my prints with this went down without need of extra help. I will try it again once I get my glass plate tomorrow as well.Color: An amazing shade of purple, right around the shade that I love the best. Not quite the #ff00ff generic purple but with more blue in it giving it a beautiful violet look. Also has a great silk look to it though it did look that about 180c the gloss of the shininess was a little less.Packaging: This came very well packaged. Normally when a company gives you a bag to keep the filament in the roll is already in the bag so its all wrinkled but this one had the bag separately with the filament in its own vacuum sealed bag that you can toss and just start using the given metallic bag instead. I really liked that it had a little card to write noted on and since I have horrible handwriting it made it easier than writing it on the side of the roll on the sticker. At this point I just keep the card in the bag with all the preferred settings permanent markered on it. I used the included desiccant package along with a second dry & dry one in there for good measure though that's just for my own peace of mine.As you can tell I enjoyed this enough that I was more than happy to fancy up my whole printer with V-Slot covers and accessories to make the whole thing have a nice purple accent to it. Looks amazing now that it's all printed out. I don't have a single complaint about this filament at all and highly recommend it.
