Did the Trick!
I ordered this for a Q tips worth of 99% Isopropyl Alcohol to hopefully clean and restore the laser on a Laser Disc player that was no longer reading the discs and IT WORKED. Amazing the hacks you can find on YT and this was definitely worth the wait for it was half the price of anything I could find retail. Good Stuff.

Works beautifully
I'm creating an air freshener of my own, using essential oils. One of the main ingredients is 99% isopropyl alcohol, which is a higher percentage of alcohol than used for regular home use. I was very happy to find it available from this source.

I have no answer to this dilemma.
As usual, this bottle of alcohol had a massively poorly manufactured container. It only seals for shipment. Once the shipping seal is removed the bottle leaks out its contents. One would think that a liquid like alcohol would have just as good a seal after opening it as it had before opening it.
