Stadler Form USA is just a name, this junk made in China and not worth the money have had other models last years.

This is my second Stalder diffuser. I had the Jasmine and now this one. I love the design, the flame effect, the continuous smell. The problem is that both broke within a year. From previous experience, I understood that I need to be careful with water, and I tried my best with this Zoe that i loved so much, unfortunately it also stopped working within one year of purchase.Edit on February 2023.After my first review, I have retried the steps in the description to the word (1.Unplug the unit 2.Empty the water tank completely, rinse out with warm water (being sure to avoid getting water into the air input) 3.Plug in the unit 4.First press the LED button and afterward additionally the on/off button 5.Keep pushing both buttons together for 2-3 seconds 6.The LED button should blink twice 7.Fill up the water reservoir and restart the unit) after few attempts, the diffuser worked again! Since then, I rinse it between fills with hot water and it works without the reboot trick.

From day one didn’t work right. Sometimes it does, most times it doesn’t. Very nice flame effect when it actually works. I have the jasmine diffuser which always works just fine. The concept of this is nice but had to throw it out. It’s a waste.

I received this asroma diffuser as a gift for Christmas, I love it! It is beautiful and in the dark the light from it is almost mesmerizing. Other great features...it’s very quiet and runs for a long time.

It’s a pretty diffuser however the reservoir is small compared to the many others I have used in the past. The little mist flame effect is very nice, an easy way to cozy up a room for sure!

Use less than 7 months and the led light no longer works. Sent an email for support but did not get any reply. For the price, not worth it.

Dieser Diffusor ist sein Geld nicht wert. Er ist aus Plastik. Okay, schaut trotzdem gut aus, aber er funktioniert wie ein Blinker - geht, geht nicht. Ständig muss man den Stecker ziehen und wieder einstecken. Manchmal mehrmals, trotzdem schaltet sich das Gerät nur selten dauerhaft an. Habe mich an die Gebrauchsanweisung gehalten. Leider habe ich den Karton zu schnell weggeworfen, denn sonst hätte ich dieses Gerät zurück geschickt. Außerdem ist das Kabel viel zu kurz.

Was arrived with a USA adaptor! Is not possible to be used in the UK. Must buy an adaptor for plug. Another expense, another waiting time, another problem.

Optisch sehr ansprechender Diffuser in Flammenoptik. Auf den zweiten Blick ist es jedoch nur günstiger Kunststoff. Hier zahlt man eindeutig die Optik, mein zweiter „China“ Diffuser wirkt deutlich wertiger.Sobald man zu viel Wasser einfüllt, knapp über Max, blinkt die Leuchte und startet nicht. Dies ist ebenfalls der Fall wenn das Wasser leer ist, somit dauert es eine Weile das „Problem“ zu finden, war kurz vor einer Rücksendung. Die „Flamme“ sieht man am Besten, wenn man auf das Gerät hinunter schaut. Ich habe es drei Meter von der Couch auf dem Sideboard im Einsatz, hier geht einiges an Optik verloren. Ein direkter Einsatz auf dem Couch- oder Beistelltisch wäre vorteilhafter, hier ist jedoch das Stromkabel zu beachten.Fazit: vermeintlich hochwertige Optik in mattem Kunststoff zu überhöhtem Preis
