Great product. Works excellent for a side roller, leg roller, or even a back roller. Make sure you understand your limitations and go slow if you are unfamiliar with using a roller like this. I misjudged the size. It is working for me though. The roller is VERY lightweight, but also very durable. I was in excess of 300 pounds and this thing hasn't compressed or deformed at all. It's holding up and working perfectly.

Helps with muscles aches from sports. My son plays soccer and uses it for his legs to help with pain. He said it’s great.

Firm and smaller enough to isolate on feet for plantar fascia relief. Have a bigger roller to for larger muscle relief. Both great for tight muscle and lactic acid relief.

I thought it was soft foam, but it turned out to be hard foam, kind of like Styrofoam. I might have missed that in the description, not sure. But it still works great for how I am using it.
