I like the wet grinder pot(the large pot)
I like the wet grinder pot(the large pot); the smallest pot could have been a little bigger but its ok; i haven't yet used the dry pot(medium size). Hopefully it should grind the spices well. Will b using soon for making spices. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to express my opinion!

DO NOT BUY
The lid does not stay. It keeps skipping off. I had use all my strength to hold it down and still it splattered all over me.I thought this is an Indian manufacturer so they know what I need for my Indian cooking so it can’t go wrong. So I confidently threw away the box, so I am unable to return it but I cannot use it for any wet grinding for which I got this big and expensive grinder. Those who know , Indian cooking needs lot of grinding for curries. All money down the drain !

Mixer does not hold stuff in
This is possibly the most inferior mixer I have bought and used. The quality of the jars are not all that great, but one can deal with that. The fact that the lid mechanism bursts out stuff when i am using the mixer makes this a substandard and an unusable product. This happens in the smallest and the medium jars.The medium and large jars don’t crush well - pieces of ginger and garlic are intact. The smallest jar can’t even crush water melon evenly.

The Joint weel connecting the Mixer machine and jars was melt/broken its plastic legs
Dear Sender, am using this for last 1 plus month and the main router plastic weel which is connecting the machine and jars was broken/melted so kindly replace that one or let me know how to return the item

Zero Quality Product
Don't buy this mixer grinder. Worst product and bad quality. All the jars blades and the screws on top got spoiled within 6 months. I'm surprised, seller doesn't cover jars under warranty, only the machine. However, they sell spare jars which the cost is almost equal to new complete product. Small Jar - $25, Med - $30. On the whole, distress with the product and the service. Recommend to none.

we had 3 accidents with this item. the lid ...
we had 3 accidents with this item.the lid comes off during operation and food splatters around the house.think of the nightmare of cleaning slush from around the house.
