great to help you stretch, my daughter used it to get some dance moves she was having a hard time getting on her own.

Gets the job done but I little too much give.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because I needed it to be less stretchy and more solid . But overall it’s good and will get the stretching job done just have to put in a little more work.

Great in theory
I would not recommend this for someone trying to do "splits." The rubber will roll up on your body and its frustrating. If the band was in a straight line then it'd be great.
