How much cannabis will it hold?

Like all weed, depends on the trim, bud, and flake. Holds about 40 grams of heavy bud and 100 grams of shake/trim. The thermometer is accurate (I personally use three probe style electronic units to average the reality of varied oven temps). One last thing to consider, is to preheat your silicone box empty, then add the weed. The “preheat” (return to real temp you need for decarb) is faster (around 7 minutes for 100 grams of shake), and do not follow the mfg suggest time, as it is too long. (proper for medicinal weed tinctures is 40 min at 266 degrees. Best of luck, cheers

when do you start to time , when the temp inside of box reaches 240

Best practice is to preheat the box empty, until you reach TCH (235 degrees) or CBD (266 degrees) decarb ideal temps, then pull oven open and add weed to pre heated box. Use a mitten, as it will be hot hot. Make sure lid is sealed, and then watch thermometer rise back to correct range (about 7 minutes in a small toaster oven). Your “ideal” decarb time is not “1 hour” as mfg says, its 40 minutes AT THE CORRECT TEMP (!) Do not over or under cook. Best of luck, cheers.
