Didn't work for me
Simply didn't work, despite following the directions religiously. Rated as 2 stars instead of 1 because they didn't make me sick or anything, and weren't uncomfortable to swallow.

I like that is natural and does not have that energizing ...
I have been taking the garcinia pure extract pills for about three weeks now. Before I was taking these I was taking the hydroxycut pills. I always had worry with the hydroxycut because of the energizing part. I'm always afraid of anything that will stimulate my heart. I have heard of these pills and finally decided to give it a try. I like that is natural and does not have that energizing affect. You take up to three pills of the garcinia cambogia anywhere from 30 minutes up to 2 hours before eating. I like that about it compared to others that say it has to be 30 min or whatever, sometimes it's hard to plan it exact. I feel that with these pills it make me digest or break down my food quicker, so it does help keep you regular. I also like that there is no side effects like shakes or gittering. I haven't noticed a significant weight loss, but I also have not been great, been getting lots of cheat meals. But instead of gaining I have lost 5 pounds! Definitely worth the purchase. I received this product at a free/discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Off to a good start
there are many cheaper imitations for Gracinia extract. but this is one of the best...As mentioned by Dr. Oz, be SURE the Garcinia Cambogia product you find is 60% HCA (hydroxycitric acid) and this must be on label (no fillers, or other extra ingredients) Also, you must take at LEAST 1500 mg a DAY..that's (3) 500 mg capsules a day. It must be 100% pure and in a "vegetarian" capsule. This is a match for all. I have started taking it 3 times a day and feeling the difference. will come back to add more updates.. so far it is a good buy.I was able to receive this product at discount.

Exactly as advertised
Just got this product and it's exactly as advertised. 180 easy to swallow vegetarian capsules with 500 mg each, 60% HCA, also gluten free which is important to me. now most important is that I start loosing weight. I will update my review with the results. I am actually starting to feel lighter just by looking at them...
