Venetian Worldwide Priscilla I 7-Piece Counter Height Dining Table and Chairs Set

I went with this one because everyone's reviews were pretty great. I even saw some about how good the company is. This table has been a complete nightmare. We received it, awesome....opened it up and saw parts were damaged latches fell off due to not long enough screws and there were no chairs. There were a few nicks in the wood but I was willing to overlook it. I understand that happens with shipping. Husband built table thinking well chairs are still coming. He even fixed the latches. Love the table once it was built it is beautiful. Attempt to contact company about chair. Can't ever get an answer, apparently it is the email game only. They won't send us new chairs. They want to refund us 120 dollars (I am not paying 760 for just a table) . Now I know all of you out there know you can not getting matching chairs....6 matching chairs for 120 dollars. Because that's why we bought this set. Affordable, 6 seater table set. I am so disappointed with this company. Now we have to take the table down and send it back. More and More these companies are making my Husband right and online shopping isn't the way to go.
