Good for passive stretching and pnf stretches.

When I was young I could kick super high easily hitting a punching bag. Now at 51 with arthritis in my lower back and hips I have trouble getting on a bike because I can't raise my leg high enough. This device simulates someone placing their feet on your ankles and pushing but you have control instead of them. It's a little awkward to use at first but one becomes accustomed. I find I can get a wonderful stretch on my inner thighs and hamstrings, roll my hips and work the hip flexors all at the same time. It's painful while stretching but when my body relaxes I can feel the pressure release from tight muscles and less hip pain from daily activities. I doubt this will bring me back to my younger years agility but I'll keep on pushing. This is a necessary evil for me.

Cheaply made. Took a few minutes to figure it out. Works but pretty cheap for the price. Can’t image it’ll last long

I was super excited to get this product however disappointed the package was large and non discreet. A bit embarrassed to pick it up at ups and ride the bus with it.The instructions are not accurate and baffling and confusing and the free "training" video is just an advertisement however i was able to finally guess how it works with trial and errors.The handle in the middle points to your groin so you cant do the full splits because it sticks into your groin, and unless you are about 5 foot its too short after full extension anyhow.The rubber pieces start biting really hard into your ankles way before you have enough pressure on your legs to really stretch. After 1 single exercise use they already tore anyhow.Its affordable but clunky and noisy. Its a problem if you have sensitive neighbors with this metal clanking and scraping on the floor. You have to line up these pins exactly right to extend the bars so you have to keep going back and forth.The middle section wobbles side to side rapidly which i believe is dangerous "if" you could actually get a good stretch because rapidly moving will cause injury.Its just china junk (i happen to love buying china cheap junk) but it doesn't work. Its just for people who will buy and not use. Hopefully someone can make a better one and focus on full splits for men. This is more suited for beginners. It might be ok to get to 90 or 100 degrees but not 180.
