Camplux Dual Fuel Camping Stove, Portable Butane Stove 7200 BTU, Single Burner Propane Stove with Carry Case

Got this to have an option over taking my large 2 burner stove when I don't need a full-size cooker. It comes in a cheap resin case, but it serves the purpose fine. The stove build quality is rough, and cheap, but again it works. The option to use butane or propane is nice, but the 7200 BTU burner is a real step down from my dual 25000 BTU unit. That is to be expected. This is a pretty good buy overall, but it did arrive with a broken thumb lever cover for locking the gas cylinder in. That was disappointing. Final word. Fair item. Cheap, but functional. Manage your expectations and it works well.Follow up: I was contacted by the seller and offered a new stove to replace mine. They did not want the first one back. I checked all the issues I had with the first one, and it all worked great. The stove arrived undamaged and the new stove did not leak gas when using the propane hose. I still cannot give it 5 stars, due to the overall quality of the stove, but I do give them another one for the customer service. They were always on the ball with communications, and made sure that I was taken care of.Thank you.

Were gathering some camping gear, after researching several different cooking devices I decided to go with this burner.I've been testing it for a week now and am thoroughly satisfied with it's performance. The option to use a one pound bottle is great, I can reload those from a 20 gallon tank and on this cooker that will last for a long time.Construction seems to be good, I have owned these before and this one seems well built. So I got another one that just uses the can inserts because it's just nice to have an extra around. Delivery was prompt and customer service was kind and pleasant in answering my questions. I say go for it and hope you enjoy yours too!

This is not for backpackers. We pack in on horses. We needed small/light single/separate burners. Did not want the larger/combined 2 or 3 burners stove. It can use butane-cannister or propane-bottles...comes with adapter hose for propane. Propane burns a little hotter and longer. The downside is cooking in the wind...cooking will take longer...need that sheet metal surround barrier on the 2 or 3 burners stoves. Good quality for the cost.

I liked that it's really convenient and kind forces you to cook outside which is more fun than doing the boring way of indoors. Great quality. the case is very flimsy but will hold up if you don't beat it up and Mark the top of the case so you don't open it upside down as I did half the time. I like how you can use both propane and butane, just make sure you wipe the surface after each use.

I like how easy it is to assemble and use. We are able to heat food that once would have been eaten cold. It takes up very little space and the butane fuel is easy to find. It came quickly and worked right out of the box.

This is pretty handy for all kids of reasons. I will say it heated up my pan super fast, mostly because it sits so close to the flame. We went through about 3 canisters of the butane in 3 nights. So it didn’t last as long as I expected. But maybe we cook more than others? Will try the propane option soon to see in comparison.

It's got a very adjustable flame. So easy to take anywhere..esp. with the butane. So cool it works with propane too if you can't find one or the other. During hurricane season...the shelves get cleared out .Even though i got it for emergencies..I find myself enjoying it ..just for the heck of it.Instead of lugging everything to the campgrounds..I just use it by my pool..and pretend I'm glamping. We fried spam on it...and it was delicious.

I could not get this to work with the butane or propane. I worked on it several times and finally got the propane to work but never did get the butane to light. It is cheaply made but I don't plan of throwing it around, I want safety. For whatever reason every time I use it I have propane spewing all over the place when I unhook it, but at this pint I think it's the user, not the stove. I heats up hot water in no time for instant coffee and I do appreciate that!

Excellent stove. I bought this so I could use Coleman propane canisters which perform waaay better in cold weather than the cartridge butane cans.
