I would 30 L is short I think that regular would be 32 inch leg, hope this helps

Q: How long is the L leg?

I am 6ft 2 and I just returned the L for the regular because I thought they were about an inch to long and the regular are perfect especially on the position of the knee if your planning on using the knee pads

Q: Do these have built in knee pads?

No, but they have the pockets built in to the knees to take them. You have to buy pads separately. Good trousers otherwise, I like them.

Q: Are these the ‘Plus’ type? Where they have the pocket flaps?
