I like the form of zinc used and dosage of each capsule, however I received one capsule that was damaged and spilled the contents in the bottom. It’s just one pill, but concerning if this was a common pattern of production.

I decided to try this based on someone saying Zinc helped resolve their perioral dermatitis. I whole heartedly agree that zinc will help this issue. I chose bisglycinate form as it is supposed to be less upsetting to the stomach which seemed to be true as I had no problem but also made sure to take it with food. Bonus is also that it seems to help boost my immune system as well. Win/win!
