I have had a heel fx repair with fusion. Thus, I am in a walking cast for 6 more weeks. Will this wedge's work with a walking cast?

Dear customer, I think this leg wedge pillow will work with a walking cast, and you can check its dimension: 19L x 17W x 8.3H inches. By the way, if you want to keep legs gently immobilized without worrying about rolling off, you can search for another leg elevation pillow in our store, it has fences on both sides. So far we only have two kinds of leg pillows for both legs.

Its been more than 48 hours and still hasn't expanded fully. Can I put it in the dryer on air fluff?

I suppose you could try. Mine puffed up quickly. The other option is to return it and it and get another one that may puff up better.

Can you sit in a chair and use this w/o getting lower back pain?

hello thanks for your question. this leg elevation pillow works by elevating legs, so it helps you relax your legs and relieve the pain from back. therefore, you won't get lower back pain by using it when you sit in a chair.

Can you use this pillow for side sleeper

hello thanks for your question. this leg elevation pillow is designed for two legs being elevated for back sleepers. but yes it works for side sleepers as well if you are a side sleeper. the tester shown in the video said it's quite comfortable when he slept this way with two legs elevated. hope the answer helps.
