BPT02 Back Pressure Tester

pressure gauge is inaccurate, i tried it with 2 other gauges and this one is always showing 1/2 or more psi less, which is not good when trying to diagnose a clogged exhaust system, showing less pressure than there actually is can make a mechanic assume the exhaust is not clogged but in reality it is, this is a huge disappointment as i usually love waekons products, if you order this make sure you test the accuracy, luckily amazon is great with replacements and is sending me a replacement, i will test the replacement when i receive and update if its any betterAmazon shipped me a replacement and unfortunately the replacement was worse than the original, the replacement was resting at 3psi, after that I opted for a refundThere seems to be some quality control problem at waekon hickok and due to that I can't recommend this product to anyone until this problem is solved

This tester is pretty good, the only problem is that the adapter that your thread into the exhaust manifold is one piece and not a separate piece that swivels.Meaning that if you are under a tight area and are threading into the exhaust the whole tester needs to be turned and not just the thread which can be a pain because it takes you some time to get it in straight.

Waekon BPT01 back pressure exhaust tester kit came quickly. Instrument works well, but I was a little disappointed with the size of the gauge. I think it should be larger with 1/4 psi increments.
