Can you mount a surge protector with this on a brick fireplace?

This TotalMount includes special drywall screws to enable easy mounting of your electronic devices to drywall with only a screwdriver. For mounting to brick surfaces, while wearing eye protection, use the mount as a guide to pre-drill the screw holes using a 3/16 inch diameter masonry drill bit. Then, use the appropriate anchor screws to mount your TotalMount to the brick wall. Thanks for your question. Have a great day! -TotalMount Customer Care

It probably could but it’s not the most secure straps in the world so I would be wary of that.
