Grounding Yoga Mat Exercise Mat

I was so excited to give this earthing yoga mat to my father and I was hoping that the grounding would have many health benefits for him. When i received the product it came with a 'information brochure' which included "medical advise" and "short term side effects". The medical advise warns that the mat may not be suitable for people with high blood pressure or regulating their blood sugar (among other things)...which my dad has!! The side effects warn that the mat can lead to "a deficit of the body resources"!! This information was not included on the amazon website so i was unaware off these conditions before i bought the product. I'm incredibly disappointed...and don't want anyone else to experience the same. So be aware that this product is not as simple as one might expect.
