Q: Do these pots come with a wick?

No You have to pull the inner pot out to add water You can not see how much water is left

Q: Does the pot lift out easily? Sometimes my African Violet leaves are damaged when lifting my current inner pot out.

Actually, yes, I do find the inner pot can be difficult to lift out. I think the weight of the plant/soil causes this. However, it hasn't stopped me from ordering several of these planters. Any difficulty aside, they are nice-looking planters for a good price.

Q: Is it easy to add water after original planting does it lend itself to more than one season

I didn't fully understand your question but I'll try to answer it. After planting your plant, you add enough water to cover the "legs" of the inner pot. Then, once a week or couple of weeks you hold up the inner pot and check if there's water left in the outer pot. If it's dry, you add more water. If not, just leave it. I've had my small and large Snake plants for more than 6 months and they are great. Seasonality shouldn't be a problem since these pots are for indoors and the temperature in your house shouldn't fluctuate as much as outside your house.

Q: No instructions. Where does gravel go, in outer pot, or inner pot? What else do I need to know?

If you decide to add gravel, you would put into the inner pot, the space between the inner and outer pot is a reservoir for the access water to be collected, so it can evaporate back into the soil.
