This is a must have for any outdoors person. Hikers, skiers, snowshoers, snowmobilers and hunters should carry one of these. Very light and easy to pack. The exterior is a very visible metallic orange. The dimensions are 83" by 35" so it has a circumference of approximately 70". I am 6'2" and have a 58" waist and 64" chest and I fit in it (barely and snugly but doable).The mylar is high quality and heavier than most standard mylar blankets. The seams seem to be very sturdy. My guess is that this will last you several nights or multiple uses. The storage bag is adequate, nothing special but it is easily seen bright red. The only "difficult" thing about this was folding it back up, I recommend starting at the closed end so air doesn't get trapped as you fold.It may seem a bit pricey but it is definitely worth the 5-10 standard blankets you could try to replace it with both in quality and weight.

This product is as represented. Do be aware that it is not meant for repeated use, only once or maybe twice in emergency situations. Good value, costs less than SOL, more than some others, but is good quality and reasonably light. You can download a simple survival manual free after you purchase this. Everybody venturing out should have one of these in their pack for emergencies. You can crawl in, keep dry in the rain, and it will help you stay warm. You should use whatever other insulation you have available, however, as this bag only helps with radiation cooling by reflecting heat back. If you try to lie on the snow in it, you will freeze! No help with conduction cooling. Use a thick pile of leaves, pine needles, or other dry debris under and over your survival bag.

This can be folded into a very small size that can readily fits into your pocket. A must have in case of emergency. Got this for my bug out bag. Not as thin as most other "emergency" Mylar bags, but I wanted one I could hang from the outside of my pack to save that little bit of room on the inside. And for being a Mylar bag, this one is definitely quality and will hold up to the task. I just don't like the orange personally, but for an emergency situation, someone will definitely see you in the woods. Haha.

Happy with it, will be useful for any emergency I hopefully never have . Would recommend for anyone that has harsh winters in their area of the world to keep something like this in the car.

This is a great product for the serious prepper or just someone who enjoys outdoor camping. Its very compact and doesn't weigh but a few ounces. Fits well in your backpack and rolls back up into its well made carrying sack. Love the color and works as described. Two thumbs up and a great big "Great Job" to the seller.
