Awesome hammock! My kitty loves!
The media could not be loaded. My kitty loves! My cat is 14 lbs and a pretty big cat compared to others, but he fits perfectly and the hammock doesn’t even bend from his size/weight. I was planning to put a little padding on the hammock to make it softer but he likes the padding just the way it is, it’s pretty soft! It was super easy to hang using the studs in our walls. It’s super sturdy! Don’t know why other people are having trouble hanging or saying it’s not sturdy. Took 10 minutes to do. I was a little worried about not buying one of the more expensive floating hammocks, but this one is great quality for the price. Will buy more of these once we have a bigger place!

Cat heaven!!
Super easy to install. Very sturdy for my athletically built cat. He loves to sit and watch everything around the room. Easy to clean the cat hair off of the fabric.

Looks great, easy install, mildly concerned about sturdiness but has done well with 12lb adult cat!
We've got 4 cats 2 of them are more active. One is a kitten Chaplin about 10 weeks old and the other is our large white named Loki who's almost 3 years old. They have both tested out these steps and hammock. Chaplin loves the height and views, uses the rope lining on the steps to scratch and balance itself as it hops along. Loki took a little longer to adjust to these steps, needed a little catnip to help. We were a little concerned at first since he's a solid 12lbs and we could hear the hammock creak when he got on to it after it was first installed. Its been a few days now and I believe it has settled into the wall attachments so we have not heard additional creaking and it seems very solid. Installation was quick and easy and I appreciate that the wood is untreated so if we should like to stain it in the future to match furniture changes it would be easy to do so. The overall look is very stylish and we received compliments from family members who were visiting for the holidays. Will definitely be looking at this brand again for future purchases!

Impressive quality, great value, very clear assembly and installation instructions
I ordered two sets of these. I had planned to have them laid out around the window seat, but the studs there weren't placed as expected, so I changed the layout to the wall next to the window seat. The quality of the components is excellent. There was a wee bit of misalignment in one of the bolt holes of one of the hammock assemblies, but I was able to make it work by swapping the hammock assembly pieces from one of the products to the other. The biggest challenge for me was that I didn't know how to drill into studs, and drilling the pilot holes as instructed was NOT working! My drill could get the bit in only a little bit and kept binding. I googled how to drill into studs and found that I needed to drill in a little bit at a time for the pilot hole and clean the drill bit when extracted--that helped a lot. Still, the last few turns of most of the stud screws when I drilled in the actual screws had to be done by hand, my drill couldn't exert enough force. So--if you haven't drilled into studs before, you might want to check out how first. But that's not a reflection on the product--just something I didn't know how to do. Perhaps that's in the "help" QR code that was included with the instructions, but I just googled first. Overall, I'm very, very pleased with the product and am really hoping my cats love it!

Not so impressive for the big price tag.
For the pros, cats love the hammock. That's about it. For the cons, the steps are absolutely useless. Unless you put them into a 2 x 4 wall, forget about it. They will pop right out and tear up your drywall. We have tried their anchors--they pulled out. We purchased the more solid metal anchors--they pulled out. We now have a wall literally gobbed up with filler to cover all the holes after numerous tries. What good is something if you can't use it, right? The jute is great, but if the steps won't stay installed, forget about it. Also, they don't sit flush against the wall if you use anchors, except for the plastic ones they include which don't hold. We have an 18 and a 20 lb. cat, so these steps were down in less than an hour after three different approaches using more secure hardware we purchased on our own. No good. Though the item is well supported with the right woodwork hardware, keeping it on the wall is an entirely different ballgame. Even the hammock will eventually pull through. They suggest you use a 2x4 stud, but it should be insisted otherwise your cats could be injured when it collapses. The hammock can hold up to two cats, nice and big. It is sturdy except for the main hard wood support that is also not attached to a 2x4 and wobbles, so we give it a month and it will be down on the floor. The steps in the mean time cannot be used, though we are trying to come up with other options for using them, as the jute on them is a good product they would use. We've built entire houses, so we are not incompetent idiots with no knowledge on how to hang a simple cat hammock. Using their directions it simply will not work unless installed on 2 x 4s, it's as simple as that, and should be emphasized in the description of their product, especially for $79. We read someone inquired about the hammock cover falling off--yes, it will. We use adhesive velcro tabs to keep it in place. That was an easy fix. Keeping it on the wall is an entirely different ballgame! Had we to do this over again, no, we would not have bought it as we like using safe products for our cats that won't injure them if they fall apart. This is not a trustworthy structure.

Cat loves it, I love it
Easy to install, my cat loved it, and we had pothos vines curling around the wall so it looked like a mini wildlife wall! Highly recommend using studs for the hammock itself but the anchors held well for the steps! I also loved that the hammock was easy to clean :)
