Works great for my grill

We were looking to replace a few parts on our grill that had simply worn with age. I was close to paying almost 4 times what VoTenLi was charging to get parts from Char-Broil (the manufacturer). When I stumbled across this full set of Heat Plates (4),Burner Tubes (4),Crossover (3) Replacement Parts for Charbroil I was almost excited to pay.When they arrived, I had to bend the heat plates a bit to make them fit, but other than that everything fit perfectly. It was a 15 minute fix and I feel like we basically have a new outdoor grill.

Frustrating because I did all of my homework and the kit was to include these items. Even if the hardware was just missing I would be ok because I have that on hand but now I have to purchase another set of crossover tubes and they won’t be here on time for my bbq this weekend.

I have a 3-burner Charboil tru-infrared grill. I bought this because I figured I could keep the extra pieces as spares and the price for complete stainless steel was worth it.Well….my mistake because the carry over tubes (side-to side) were about 2” too short to use. So in order to used them I used a cutoff wheel and rigged the two pieces together.The main tube burners are mostly alright but the diameter of the tubes must be larger then the original because the ignitor clips would no longer “clip/snap” onto the detents in the tube. So I used an adjustable channel locks to further crimp the detents. Didn’t work perfectly but worked alright. The heat tents aren’t a very good fit either, I had to bend down one tab on each to get them into the slots.Overall, the price is right for stainless steel and shipped, but compared to the original parts, they don’t fit as well. The low price made the little bit of modification and rework worth it.

the original OEM steel burners rusted away within a short period of time, charbroil should up their game and produce better products, but these replacements made out of stainless steel fit perfect, look great and should last much longer.
