Las había tomado el año pasado para prevenir caída en el otoño y menfueron bien. Este año me atrase al comprarlas y se me empezó a caer mucho el pelo. Las encargue y llevo 4 meses y medio tomándola. Una barbaridad el pelo se ha vuelto fuerte y ha salido cabello nuevo.Haré un descanso de un mes y las empezaré de nuevo. Las recomiendo 100%
