Excellent customer service
I ended up ordering my custom-length pendant lights in three phases from this vendor, because I wasn't sure what would work in our old house. The customer service department was extremely accommodating and friendly, even though I ordered but completely forgot to follow up with reminder of my custom length. The lights are well done and easy to install; everything looks great.

Look Great. Customized length
Super easy to work with these guys to get exactly the length you want. Gave new life to an older track bar and we were able to toss the old school light fixtures.

I am so impressed! I ordered this and was quickly contacted by the sellers asking if there were any customizations I'd like. I requested a white cord and a different length. It was nicely packaged and turned out beautiful! Easy to install! Love it!

Easy to install, Adds a Nice Glow
Easy to install, Adds a Nice Glow in the room, as all of the other lights in the track are spotlights. Got a cord that was too long, but easily looped it to make shorter and secured with white electrical tape.

Work perfectly, customized length
I could not find fixtures for my old Home Depot H track above my kitchen sink with the right length. The seller was very responsive and customized the length for me. Received in about 2 weeks, earlier than I expected. Fit and work perfectly in my track. My A19/E26 bulbs hang a little lower than the shade so I'm going to get compact bulbs.
