I'm a bit dissapointed because I thought it can be folded and put away. It is not that easy. I left it open so I don't have to go through all of that.

I am so happy that his arrived yesterday. Now I can start working on my six pack!

Bench workouts, situps

The bench was easy to assemble, and is great for sit ups, or lifting small weights. I don't think this would be good for power lifting. But the price and value are good.
