I had bought some truffle salt from a boutique shop in NH and I think it cost me $22 and was less than half this amount. This is really high quality salt. You can really tell the quality of it as well by how much truffle is included and how large the truffle flakes are. The smell is quite strong when unscrewing the top from it, but the flavor is absolutely perfect. Not artificial or overwhelming by any means. I've always been somewhat skeptical about truffle flavored things and this salt has me convinced now. It really provides a slightly sweet, aromatic, and (obviously) salty flavor to all foods. I even put a small amount in my french press coffee to round out the acidity of the coffee. It really brings out the flavors of the beans. I'm extremely satisfied with this product and will definitely be purchasing again once I run out.

I had never tasted truffles before, but was excited to try it. So by now I have used about 1/2 a jar. Here is what I have found: 1. The flavor is addictive. I use it on meats, popcorn, vegetables, rice, pasta. 2. A very small amount (less than 1/8 teaspoon) is way plenty. Start out sparingly, taste, then add more if needed. 3. This product has three ingredients, sea salt, truffles, and truffle flavor. Why is this important to know? It has NO anti-caking ingredients in it nor fillers. The result is a compact salt. You will not be able to use it in a shaker. I take the handle of a spoon, rub it around the top of the salt, then shake what I have loosened on my food. I love this salt that adds a earthly flavor to foods.

I am pleased with my purchase. Although a bit pricey for salt (I’m sure due to the addition of truffles) it is very tasty. Only downside is that the smell is VERY pungent… blows up the entire kitchen. Needs to be definitely contained properly.

Truffle taste is so fake tasting. The salt is so salty and almost unbearable. Just all around unhappy with it, probably going in the trash. No refunds available. This is the 3rd brand I’ve tried and by far the worse. The best brand I found is almost impossible to get anymore probably because it made out of good ingredients.

Makes things taste great! LOVE truffles! It's VERY STRONG and very smelly though! Less is more with this product! Will last a long time! Real salty. Again, less is more. You dont wanna use a lot. Like literally pinch your fingers in and sprinkle it over whatever dish you wanna flare up.

Haven't figured out very many culinary uses for this but tastes amazing with some butter and bread!!

I had some truffle salt that I bought a while back. It was black truffle salt. It was very good, but it had lost flavor after a number of years. This white truffle salt delivers the full flavor without too much salt. It just works and it was beautiful over steaks, potatoes eggs you name it. I use it just to touch a little tad. Make sure you use a dry spoon, no wet fingers orput it in a salt dispenser. It will take up and get hard because it is natural salt.

Just impeccable. So much true flavor and aroma, I have to keep it in two layers of ziplock bag and the spice cabinet still smells a little like truffle when I open it. Have been enjoying it with cherry tomatoes. Do not consider any other truffle salt on here— this is the one!!
