Can you cut very low on the bottle? Does the fence adjust to let you do this? Can't tell in the photos.

Yes, there are two possible ways to do this. One way is to cut the bottle neck off first, flip it around and adjust the bottom. The second option is to slightly modify it by removing the back screw and tightening the fence there.- then the bottle neck can extend to the fence. Third is to use it how it is if an inch or two from the bottom is okay. Hopefully that helps. Thank you for your interest!

Good with a learning curve. Don't expect miracles.

Took a few Youtube videos to find the best method so I decided on heating the scored bottle with a heating gun (for paint and wall paper removal). Getting a good looking bottle afterwards was hit and miss but I'll continue to use it because I can cover mistakes when making a bottle window.
