HeTR H1017UPS Portable Convection Heater

Got this for my Mom's bedroom. She is always cold while getting dressed and the house furnace didn't cut it. She loves it and has recommended it to her sister. Easy to operate and use. Big, simple knobs and the unit can adjust easily for fan/heat direction.

good industrial size heater but doesn't throw out as much heat as I would have thought maybe because of a slow fan.

Compared to other portable heaters in this price range, I would say it's not worth it. You have to stand within 3 inches of the fan to feel any heat. The fan motor is under-powered and only has 1 speed. It may work better in a small, very well insulated room.

This heater is perfect for my bench-top. I look forward to it warming my work area up in the mornings. It is not too hot, not too cold. I like the old style heater coils, I have gone through too many of the ceramic heaters in recent years that only last 2 months.

A nice little heater, good for a small area like a bathroom.

This heater is useless! It performs so poorly that I sent the first one back, thinking it was defective. Puts out minimal heat and the fan is weak. You couldn't heat a broom closet with it!

A very powerful heater for the size. Very compact. The heating element looks indestructable. Puts out a lot of heat.

The capacitor or temp control failed after first use. Piece of junk.
