Super fast delivery. The only “installation” you have to do is screw 4 nuts to connect the chair and stand, that’s it! All other parts are nut bolt free. Packaging was excellent too. Bought it for my mother who has trouble standing in kitchen and she likes it. Balance could be slightly better but over all a fabulous product with amazing delivery. Rest I will find out upon using.

I have received this product on time. Easily install yourself with instructions guide.After using a Month, i felt this is not great product.1. Sides already peeling off2. Back resting cushion is very inclined not much comfort3. Very light weightI am not recommending to buy this high chair.Thanks,Vishnu

I must narrate the pleasant experiance I had with the MBTC service.The product finish was very good and so was the packing.While assembling the hydraulic arm came out and then I reassembled it.However,I had a doubt about the hydraulic lift so I sent a note to seller.I got an immediate response on whatsapp and after interactive understanding with a very co operative gentleman called Manish the problem I was assured that I would receive a new hydraulic arm and I was kept in the loop regarding the despatch with tracking details and today I have received the spare arm.I think this was one of the best stress free resolution in my entire 6 yrs of online shopping.

Pros:1. The quality of the seat false leather is good and the stitches look neat.2. The overall product is very good looking.Cons:1. The holes provided under the seat to attach it to the stand was slightly misaligned, but managed to fix it.2. The circular base is very lightweight and is NOT good steel. I would have expected the base to be more sturdy material.

1. Easy to assemble - yes.. the instructions paper is very small hardly 10cms size.. so be careful while unboxing so that you might not loose this paper..2. Material of the seat is of good quality and looks rich..3. The height of the chair can be adjusted once you completely assemble it. You have to sit on the chair and use the side lever to adjust the height more or less.. don't know the exact mechanism but I guess it works on vaccum pump kinda technique..Overall definitely worth the money for the quality delivered

It doesn't provide any back support due to it's over inclination towards back. Amazon has denied my return stating that it happens when purchased online. It doesn't worth more than 2000/-. The craftsmanship, the welding, the materials used won't worth 4000/-

I bought this bar stool after going through a lot of similar products. I love it. The chair is comfy and the shape is pretty good. Its easy to install (just 15 mins). The cushion is soft and best part has good back support too. Its height is easy to adjust and works pretty smoothly.Overall a great buy

The base and the leather seat are well finished, the assembly was easy. Watch the arrow mark to fix the base in the right direction. I put the pedestal stand in the reverse direction and had quickly disassembled and re-assembled it in 2-3 minutes.I use the barstool for my focus activities. Writing, Music, and Reading. Sometimes not having a backrest keep you focused on the task at hand.
