You'll have to make 6 to 8 scores. You need to cut about halfway through. Put it on the edge of a table top and snap it. **Q: will this cut .06" thick abs plastic, and can it be used to make curved and/or fine detail cuts?** A: I have used it to score and break acrylic plastic (not abs) that is thicker. I've only used for scoring straight lines. I don't think it can do detailed cuts. **Q: Could this be used to score shapes like curved and a circle in the middle???** A: No. Straight cuts only.., possibly a very, very slight curve. **Q: Can this be used to cut polycarbonate twinwall?** A: I bought to cut plexiglass. I believe that someone with more experience and skill would be better at rating this. I had difficulty keeping the cuts straight, so the scoring depth might have been too shallow and inconsistent. I ended up with broken edges on two of the three cuts, which I attribute mostly to myself.
