This Retro Handset 3.5mm Jack is 100% compatible with my Android Smartphone. The pink phone color as an available option is super great for customers to choose the color that they want to have. This pink phone color matches to my company brand. You do not need to change any preferences in the phone settings menu. You do not need to purchase any additional accessories, such as an adapter. Make sure that the 3.5mm Jack cord is completely connected to the smartphone 3.5mm port. The 1 button to answer and to end phone calls functions smoothly and is easy to press. The volume is great. As you press the volume + button on the handset, you will see on the smartphone the volume bar does go up/increase. This Retro Phone Handset in the color pink is a great value for my money. I can easily use this Retro Phone for my company marketing purposes.

Although I was excited about the vintage look and feel of the receiver, I found its functionality poor at best. Once plugged into my cell phone, the lack of sound quality was instantly noticeable. I could barely hear the person on the line and the volume button on the receiver did not work at all. There would be enormous amounts of static that prevented communication. After disconnecting the receiver from my cell phone the issues would cease. It was a novel idea and I had hoped for better results.

I just ordered and received this product June 2021. I wanted to try this because when I have a lot of calls to make, ear buds make my ears sore. Even with the smallest inserts. I was very happy as I really tested this out. The sound quality was great. I could control the volume while in the call. I was heard very clearly. If you have crappy cell signal you may have trouble with this or ear buds. That has nothing to do with the phone. I have spent many hours on this and my ears were saved because of it. I am very pleased with the phone and it's performance. Just plug into the earbud jack and adjust the volume if needed and you are ready to go. Nothing to program or set up. Awesome product.

Sound quality is very poor but the overall product is good. It worked well with my iPhone, and served its purpose.

I thought this was neat considering I am of the age of home phones/land lines. It is more comfortable for long conversations and your not putting a dirty cell phone on your face. I can hear perfectly well through it although the person I talk to claims I sound a bit funny but could hear me. That didn’t stop us from having 1hr+ convos. It easily answered ringing calls from my cell when connected and it also easily made calls. The cord is a decent length and allowed me to stick my cell in my pocket as I talked. All in all it’s a very decent purchase for $10 and I would recommend it.

I really hate the way earbuds put the source of the sound within my cranium.... Now that I’m zooming all day for work, I love the way this handset keeps the sound (and radiation) outside of my head. So many people compliment me on how sweet and retro it looks. I suppose it‘s because of my gray hair, but many people believe I am somehow zooming on an old landline phone...um hello, we are seeing each other right???? I frankly do not understand why everyone does not have this! Love! I now have two of this type of device—one for my desk work-spot and one in the bedroom for personal calls. I got different brands to compare and contrast... I love them both!

We didn't like that we could not use it to actually talk on the phone.
