You would have thought that these were made from the most high quality glass in all the world the way they were packaged! I was impressed beyond belief. They all came in perfect shape and I'm so pleased with this purchase.Each ramekin is the size of a single-serve dessert - doesn't stick and looks pretty. I've always wanted ramekins and I'm so glad I chose these! The ramekins are nicely finished, with the porcelain glaze evenly applied for a nice smooth finish. Clay work is also very consistent and the packaging was over the top. Yes, these are the ramekins you're looking for. Tip: keep the box and foam insert intact and repurpose it to bring wine bottles safely home. No clunking and clanking..cheers!

To address the four things that most people note about the zillions of ramekins available on Amazon ... 1) These really are white (not white'ish-grey as some have complained about similar products). 2) These are 6 oz, which is smaller than the standard 8 oz size, and those two sizes are not interchangeable. These are perfect for tiny desserts and soufflés, but be sure that you really do want the 6 oz size, 3) They are kinda-sorta stackable. They do not nest neatly into each other, but for storage, you can pile them together, and 4) They were packaged pretty well with foam, and while the box itself was a little worse for the wear, the ramekins were all fine.All in all, if you need a set of classic white 6 oz. ramekins, these will fill the bill.

As others have noted, they arrive very well padded with each fitting into their own hole in a sheet of styrofoam and covered with another layer. Box serves as a great place to store them.I bought these to make Creme Brulee as the recipe I was going to follow called for 6 oz ramekins. Others called for 8. I wavered which size to get, and had a shallower oval shaped dish in mind, but ended up going with these. They're fine in every way. No imperfections, handle heat well, even when blasting the top edges with a torch while the bottom part is chilled to about 40 deg from being in the fridge.Easy to clean. No complains at all.However, I now wish I had found some shallower oval ramekins for the creme brulee as I'm not used to having that deep of custard. With the shallower, oval type, you have more area to caramelize the sugar on top and the custard isn't as deep. So you get the right mix of the sugar crust and yummy custard in each bite.But these are perfect for baking anything that calls for this size.

3 arrived in broken condition which is a HUGE bummer since I was planning on using them for Valentine’s Day but now I have to send them back. I really wish someone could just ship me replacements for the broken 3 so I could use the rest. 😔

I bought these for Thanksgiving and they were the absolutely perfect size for Individual Chicken Pot Pies! I did both Regular & Gluten Free Pot Pies in them and they turned out beautifully. They are also extremely easy to clean (dishwasher safe), and were packaged so well that I hated to throw the box away. Highly recommend!

These are exactly what I was looking for to make individual pot pies (image attached), French onion soups, apple cobblers, etc. Beautiful glossy finish inside and out, although the base is not glazed which is fine. Easy clean up. They stack well (4) high. Was impressed with the way items were packed (image attached). Great price and value (8 x12 oz) for under $24. Would buy another set for myself or as a gift. Note that color is an off white rather than a pure white. Very satisfied with purchase.

Just unboxed these so haven’t used or cleaned them yet, but hey, they’re ramekins, how much can go wrong? I got them because I keep running up on things that are just a bit too big for my standard sized ramekins. (I bought the 12-oz, which should work well for Trader Joe’s French onion soup.)But I had to leave a note about how well-packed these were in custom-cut foam inserts. They will arrive in good shape!They are unmarked on the bottoms, so I guess I’ll just have to remember that they are microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe in the future. Markings would be nice but not enough to take a star off.
