A bit pricey for the surprisingly small size, the interior is about the size of A4, but does exactly what it's supposed to do as described. Non-stick, light weight, easy to clean and scratch resistant. It is think material, with a thock edge and orange heat resistant grips on either size which is a noce touch. It bakes evenly and looks really good while it's doing it. I hope they offer a big roasting tray size soon that doesn't break the bank.

A great size baking tray for everyday use. It feels incredibly good quality and is very sturdy. Its materials make it a little heavy, so that takes some getting used to. Has been used for a chicken and seems to have cleaned up well without any issues.

This tray is brilliant! We needed a small tray because one of the ovens on our range cooker is very narrow - this tray is the perfect size! Note that it is small, but it’s great for things like pies, quiches, pigs in blankets at Christmas, etc. We’ve used it loads but it still looks brand new. Very happy with this purchase.

Nice pan but sides are very wide so lose flat tray space. Thus smaller than expected

Had one of these before and they are so worth the money. They are incredibly easy to clean - I would not recommend putting in the dishwasher to prolong the quality although I do know people who have. The coating is so good, it is not a chore to wash them and everything wipes off easily. This size is decent but a bigger one would be better so will buy another larger one.

I've collected various Le Creuset ceramic casserole and baking dishes of varying sizes and colours over the years and have always been really pleased with the quality, and more importantly for me how easily they are cleaned - even where food is really baked on it’s never a problem. They are so well made and they’re a real pleasure to use. Therefore I didn't have any concerns whatsoever when I saw they'd brought a new bakeware range out and bought five individual pieces, sight unseen. They're brilliant. I can honestly say in all the years I have been (reluctantly) cooking every day for my family that this is without doubt the best bakeware I've ever used – every tin I’ve bought over the years I’ve hoped would work like these ones, but they never have. I've so far made Yorkshire puddings, roast chicken and gammon, roast potatoes, Calzone's, and various other bits and pieces and nothing has stuck, not even a little bit. Even the baked on tomato passata from the Calzones just wiped off with kitchen towel. I've always bought decent quality kitchenware, and the roasting tin replaces my Mermaid brand tin (which I thought was supposed to be the best, and which at £35 was twice the Le Creuset price) but which weekly left me seething as I yet again tried to chisel my joint and roast potatoes out of it. I'm saving up for a set of Le Creuset saucepans now, and do you know their products are that good that I wouldn't even mind if Santa left me some this year!

Why did you choose this product over others?: Usual Le Creuset quality. Have had other good brand baking trays and this is top of the pile. Pricey but you get what you pay for.

Easy to clean. Dough doesn’t stick. Makes a great crust.
