I bought these after doing research about the positive effects of taking D3 with K2. Maybe I didn't read it well enough. Capsule not Gel cap. Larger then pic made it seem. Not sure about absorption as of yet, but guess I'll find out when my levels are rechecked

This product is easy to swallow and contains both D-3 and K2 which is essential for me living in Seattle with very little sun. The price is good, shipping fast.
