We use it together with Aava labs magnesium before we go to bed and have a really good night's sleep. Has made a big difference to our wellbeing. This is my, I don't know how many bottle from AAVA Labs? I love the triple zinc and have used it with some great effects. Now that Covid season is on us Zinc will play an important role in our health over winter. I couldn't recommend a better product to help in your overall health regime. No I don't work for them either. I am just a fan!
