Will this machine work on tile floors?

I think it can if you use water with it as with other floor cleaners.

Can the steam cleaner solution be used in a spray bottle for spot cleaning? At what concentration?

Resolve® Carpet Steam Cleaner Solution was formulated for use in steam cleaners. Because we have not tested it for use as a spot cleaner, we are not able to recommend it for that use. You may wish to visit our website powerofresolve.com for information about Resolve® spot cleaning products.

Is this product anti-foaming?

Yes it’s anti foaming unless you spray to much where you are cleaning . Hope this helps
