Much cheaper than parts store option.
Purchased for 2003 Jeep Wrangler. Couldn't get it to fit, so I returned it. Bought a much more expensive one from an auto parts store. Fit problems were the same. I think something was problematic with the actual electronic ignition switch in the Jeep that this fits into. After way too much physical pressure, I got the auto parts version to fit and work. It is likely this would have fit as well, so it probably would have worked fine, but I can't be sure.

I ordered this part to fix my jeep. After a few videos I discovered that these pins usually come with instructions and alignment guides ( which the product I received had neither). After much trial and error I was able to get the part in correctly and able to start my vehicle. Would give 5 out of 5 if instructions would have been included.

It fits
Careful on how you mount this thing. It's a good fit for wj's jeeps but only if you do it exactly as the old one.

poor quality
Made cheaply, I tried to take a chance by getting this for the Jeep installation, but I had to go to the local parts store to find a high-quality part. During installation, it was unable to stay in place due to poor machining. The new local part fit as planned and without any problems; the cheap route was taken and a cheap part was obtained.
