Mudder Soil pH Meter Tester for Testing Soil pH Acidity and Moisture of Garden, Farm

Seems to be accurate but the numbers are small and difficult to read. Worth the money considering what you can pay for a pH meter.

Bought as a gift, Functions, and appears sturdy, but cannot yet comment on accuracy/ reliability.

I am not entirely sure how accurate this meter is. It is slow compared to the more expensive meter I normally use. If you need accuracy I would go with the better meter.

It didn't work worth a darn. The known soil pH in this area of Hawaii is 5.2 up to 6.2. Every sample I tested gave me a reading of 6.5 up to 6.8. I was sure the meter wasn't reading right so I did several litmus tests in the same spots and got reading between 5.5 & 6. I have no idea if this meter can read pH elsewhere but on Hawaiian andisol it is only good as a sinker for surf fishing. Expensive, pretty and worthless.

The ph meter works great and insures proper soil PH if you follow the directions.
