Good value.
I needed them next day so this was the one that was available. I've bought several different brands for my son. So far the Nike Goalkeeper Grip 3 has the best grip. However the wrist opening is very small and he is unable to put the gloves on by himself. These Brine gloves also have a tight wrist opening. I don't understand why they make the wrist opening so tight. The velcro strap is sufficient to tighten the wrist. The wrist is smaller than the palm. For that reason we had been using Select gloves. They cut and seam the wrist so they are easy to put on. I rate these a 3 star as they do not have as good a grip as the Nike and are not as easy to put on as the Select gloves.

Great for my HS Goalie Girl!
These work well for my daughter who plays high school, rec, and travel goalie. She has 3-4 games a week and they last most of the year since she doesn't mind some deterioration in the palm and they are cheap enough that I would replace them each season but Im glad I dont have to. She has been trained not to use her hands to get up and that also helps keep the gloves in good condition. We usually do keep a back up pair in the bag which she uses by the spring a lot more or for some practices. This is our 3rd year buying these and we will continue to order. I am happy with the protection and how well they last for the decent price. I could buy more expensive ones but she likes these and says they are comfortable with good movement. They are exactly what they claim to be and I would consider them a really good mid-condition glove.

Great GK Gloves for HS Varsity Play
These are great goalkeeper gloves. They fit true to size, have excellent finger-stays/support, good amount of padding (front and back), great grip, well stitched, and the wrist strap provides good fit/feel/support/stability. They also don't sweat you to death in 95F heat!My son has been using these on the HS varsity team for practice and match play, and they have held out very well (so far). I will say after the first match, there was some light damage/scuffing to the thumb of the dominant hand, but it has not affected the overall performance of the gloves. He says he prefers these to his older Adidas and Reusch gloves (which usually don't last a full season before the palm/finger padding starts to shred)... and these were cheaper, so "bonus-points" for that!Given that these are performing well and their price, we'll be ordering another pair soon to have as a back-up in case these become damaged beyond use.... but so far, so good. BTW, the white is BRIGHT and looks good even after several weeks of use...UPDATE:We just purchased another pair of these to have one clean and ready to play as a backup. These are not quite as sticky as his older Reusch gloves, but a little glove-glu fixed that right up.

Great gloves for the money
Great gloves for the money. These gloves have good grip, good protection, fit well, and look good. They will last for a season if you use them only for games. If you use them for practice everyday, they will wear accordingly. After a season of use, you can rotate them in for practice gloves and replace the game gloves with a new pair. I will continue to purchase these gloves for the price offered.

1 month old and foam is tearing
My son is a 8 yr old soccer player who plays keeper a lot. These gloves have done 10 games, maybe 20 practices and the foam on a thumb is already deteriorating. Other brands have worked well for at least a year. This picture is even after I cleaned them with glove cleaner. The appear to hold way more dirt too.

Awesome glove for the price.
This is the second pair of these gloves I have purchased. Always been a fan of Brine gloves both for their durability and larger sizing. It is hard to find size 11 gloves that comfortably as most gloves don't come in size 12. I also like the wide fingers for maximum ball coverage for better grip. The wrist openings are wide and offer secure closure and stabilizing protection. Not being a big fan of fingersave technology, but I can attest this glove is the best balance of support and flexibility I have found. Would have been 5 stars, but the reality is, like most match gloves turf play wears them out more quickly than I would like. That said, no glove holds up well to turf play so getting three months out of an awesome glove at $30 is better than 5 months out of a glove at $100. I will keep buying these as long as I can get them.

Great goalkeeper gloves
I had ordered these for son's goalkeeper training that started at the beginning of the month. The shipping was delayed and they didn't arrive on time, so had to go and buy the thinner ones at the local store, so ended up saving these for Christmas and glad I did. They seem to be very well made and I expect they'll protect his hands much better than the regular kind that is basically just two pieces of foam sewn together. They also look great and he's super excited to get out there in his new goalkeeper kit.

Best gloves for the price.
Best gloves for the price, no contest.I was looking for a decent pair of gloves that still provided the finger spines for protection. These were the cheapest I could find with good ratings, and they do not disappoint. The palms are sturdy and have great grip. The sides and connective material is more of a mesh material, which makes these lighter and easier to handle than your usual chunk of tough leather gloves. So far these have held up well in my beer league play. I will update in a couple months regarding its durability. But coming in at around half the price of the next best gloves, they are worth every penny.
