Very poor quality and NO customer service.
MOST RECENT UPDATE: 4/16/16I emailed the seller about the defects to request a refund and never received a reply. At this point it's also worth mentioning that when I first ordered the item it didn't arrive within the allotted time frame. I had emailed the seller then too and never received a reply, but then I quickly received a shipping notice. I have dropped my review to 1 star since I now have a worthless item and there is apparently no customer service. I definitely DO NOT recommend that anyone purchase this. Fortunately I was able to work it out with Amazon and they gave me a refund out of pity even though it was a past the time limit.UPDATE 4/6/16:I had to drop this down to two stars. The quality just isn't cutting it. My son has barely been able to wear this and yet it's still falling apart. I finally got around to trying to repair the broken zipper, and while doing so I've noticed that another zipper is broken. The other one jams in two places and won't close the pocket and the zipper "opens" it no matter which way it is zipped. This is very sad for my son who was very excited to have this pack. It has been sitting on my desk since his birthday the first week of January. It's been outside once. To add to my frustration I just can't fix the zipper. I'm not a seamstress and now I've wasted a few more dollars on a zipper replacement. My 6 year old is in tears now that I just told him to gather all the goodies that came with the bag because I'm going to request a refund. Bummer. :(My original 4-star review:This It's a nice enough pack. The pockets aren't as roomy as I expected and one of the zippers broke on the second day of use. The fit is too loose on my 6 year old. It's wearable, but not comfortable for him. He loved the pack, but doesn't want to use it now with a broken zipper. I still think it's a neat idea but I wish it was sturdier. The lack of sturdiness is especially disappointing since I deliberately stayed away from "toy" items because I didn't want it to break right away. :(
