SWAROVSKI Pair of Owls on Branch Figurine

I ordered this owl figurine for my wife's birthday, she loves owls and she loves crystal. I saw on Amazon's site description that there would be a coa included with the Swarovski Owls On Branch, and also read one review that indicated that was so. When they arrived I was excited to get things wrapped and ready. I was disappointed to open the box and find it did not include a coa. I had time so I returned for a replacement with an explanation of why I was returning this first set. I received the replacement set very quickly and packaged perfectly. This replacement did not come with a coa either! I was enraged. I had no choice but to gift them to my wife. Just as I thought, she loves them and said it was ok that the coa was omitted. I will say they are very beautiful, but if this had been for me, I would not have accepted this figurine without the coa. I will not order anything that is expected to include a certificate of authenticity from Amazon again, even though the price was very good. I will pay more if necessary, to receive what is described. I noticed today that "included with coa" has been removed from this figurine's description. I would definitely have awarded this figurine a 5 star review had the coa been included, and I understand this would not be an issue for everyone.

I was looking for something unique to get my wife for Christmas and I came across "Swarovski Owls on Branch." My wife loves Swarovski and has several pieces and I knew she would love this. I was impressed myself when I first opened the box to inspect my purchase. The quality and detail was exquisite, and the size and weight was impressive as well. I loved seeing the smile on my wife's face when she opened the box on Christmas.

The Swarovski Owls on Branch, Set of Two is a Christmas gift for a family member who collects owls. The item itself is fine however the COA (Certificate of Authenticity) was not received. I was very disappointed that the COA was not included and I will only purchase these items directly from Swarovski in the future.

Stunning! and not as expensive in stores; I used them as cake toppers and they looked amazing. Received many positive feedback from our guests. If you are an owl lover or looking for something special for someone who is, I recommend this item.

I love this swarovski silver crystal owls. It came will all original box and coa. It was well pack and quickly shipped to me after I ordered it. The box and coa are an important part of a swarovski product. This came with the box not damaged in any way. It also had the correct coa which is important. I would purchase a swarovski from this vendor again.

These Owls are beautiful and stunning. When purchasing I assumed they were much larger then they were. After receiving them and seeing they were much smaller I did a research on Swarovski.com and noticed description/size was incorrect by half. Again, beautiful but error in description/size.

The crystal owls were received in good condition and appeared just as on the website. The crystal made a very nice valentine gift for my fiance who was thrilled. She loves good crystal and these little owls were a perfect way to express my committment to her.

Gift for my wife. If you like Swarovski, you'll like this. Same quality, sparkle, etc. Smallish, but priced accordingly. Think she likes her others better, but that's just a matter of personal taste.

These owls were absolutely lovely, well packaged, and cheaper than on the main Swarovski web site, and arrived next day. Would highly recommend if you want a gift for someone who loves Swarovski!
