It’s a cute little mermaid dress for playing dress up. The material is actually better than I expected. The purple top isn’t too thin and the sequin skirt has a back layer. The top/shoulder area is a little wide for my daughter, but otherwise the fit is good.

I bought the same exact thing from the Halloween store first and then returned it. This item looked better and was better quality, for 1/3 of the price
