Bought this about 2 weeks ago mainly to remove some small-medium sized skin tags on my neck, some of which have been there many many years. It works very well indeed, zapped the last 2 tags a few days ago and the first 6 or so I zapped are now totally gone, as though they were never there. I try to get the root of the tag first, which does sting a bit, then zap the rest of the tag once it's nerves are fried. That all results in a small blackish scab, which heals and falls off after 5-7 days.This evening I zapped a much larger tag on my shoulder, after having a good go at it's root the whole thing just fell off which was a bit gross. Now there's just a small scab there which I'm sure will heal like the rest. I've only used the 'standard' pointed tip, not tried the thinner needles yet, I'd guess they would be better for more precise aiming of the zaps.The built-in LED light is very handy and I am still on the charge it came with, which I topped up before use. There are 9 power levels but so far I've mainly used level 6, and 7 on the big tag.Be warned you need to get used to the smell of burning flesh when zapping!

I had two 'skin tags' one on my shoulder and one on my neck - the one on my shoulder was like a tough larger spot, sticking out and flapping about in the wind (well maybe not quite that bad) - been there for years, tried various freezing products that failed.Got this device, charged it up - followed the instructions, inserting the correct needle for the job into it - basically it burns - so there will be a slight smell of burning flesh, there will be a little smoke and it will sting a little!However, used the device on the skin tag on my neck (only small) - covered with a plaster and within two weeks it had bit by bit fallen off and now completely vanished!The other was a little more defensive though, I treated it at the same time - within a couple of weeks probably 50% of it had fall off leaving a much small skin tag - I decided I would attack it again, but would give it some time to heal. This was a good idea! over a period of a month the remaining skin tag just kept getting smaller and smaller.... today all that is left is something that looks like a freckle - very tiny and not easy to find.So I would highly recommend this, especially if you've tried other methods - it worked for me, probably will for you too.

Boxed beautifully ! This hurt to start with but i worked up through 1 to 9 on the button and i managed to burn away a 8 mm dark brown skin tag to a scab which forned the next day then a week later the scab has washed off and has revealed clear skin. I am so happy as this skin tag developed on the side of my face next to my hair line a few years ago and as i have to tie up my hair at work it was noticable. I didnt want to pay 100 quid for removal from a cosmetologist. So this was a bargain. I used germolene numbing antiseptic cream after alcohol wipes, tweezer to hold the skin tag also wiped and thoroughly washed hands, after a period of 2 hours building up to setting 9 i watched as the tag went white, grey, to black and smoking ! I burned it to as near the skin as i could bare and had breaks to rest my arms using alcohol wipes on the area. I am very pleased with this result ! Highly recommend to persevere it feels like a pin prick to a burning match but if you work up through the levels the pain is reduced to a residual minute soreness. Good luck !

This is a great products, At first I tried with some black spots in my forearm and while treating you can see the sparks arcing from the skin to the needle point, you will also see the very outer skin layer breaks, don't feel any pain at all, just like a tiny pinch to your skin, and the black spots are getting smaller. I left them alone, after about 2-3 days the spots are completely gone, I then tried another spots on my face and again the spots are left without any sign in about 3days, By the way I started with # 4 setting and worked great.

Great customer service. What an excellent gadget! I am so happy with this product. I have had tiny skin tags on my neck and shoulder area for such a long time, I felt really uncomfortable wearing tops that were even slightly open due to the amount of skin tags, even though small it made my skin colour darker because there so many!!After reading the reviews that it hurts, I was weary and because I could not find suitable numbing cream did not use it straight away. Then I finally got round to doing, I thought it did not work. Seller was very helpful.Then the best part came, I tried without a numbing cream on setting 3 and wow no pain, slight pinch very slight and nothing, so I turned it up to 4. The smell of burning flesh is not great but you are burning skin so it is to be expected and strangely enough you get used to it!A few weeks later and I am now free of those little .......... neck and shoulders skin tag free. Best investment ever, another one comes out, I burn ASAP! Love, love, love it!It does take a few days for them to drop off but so worth the process, I am excited even now.If you suffer or prone to skin tags like me, do not hesitate buy it! It is so worth it.

I finally found what im looking for.. this is a big help for me because i have a lot of moles and i used diffrent kind of cream to remove it but nothing works. Just only this one. But before you used it. Its better to practice first. What i did is i start using it on the mole in my legs. This is verry good product. It works really great!
