Good plates for a good price
I bought these plates to use for small interval increase on the Phrak's Greyskull LP Variant program and they have served their purpose excellently. They are accurately weighted, solidly built and easy to put on/take off the bar. They were the cheapest cast-iron fraction plates I could find for this size and still serve the purpose perfectly, I would fully recommend this product over other options available.

Useful 0.5kg plates
Useful to have as i have problems moving up 2kg at once with some muscles such as biceps.Using these i can go up in increments of 1kg per dumbell and keep the weight even on each side of the dumbell.
