The sling does NOT support the breasts and is visible when worn with most clothing. The single sling can be comfortably worn any time it is feasible to be without a bra, particularly in the privacy of one's home and especially while sleeping. When both protection and support are required, we recommend wearing a strapless cushioned pad inside your regular bra.
The Single ComfortSling is worn when one is not wearing a bra to relieve under-breast discomfort from radiation burns, yeast infections, skin rashes, fungus and other irritations due to excessive perspiration and poor circulation beneath the breasts. Soft cushions wick away moisture and protect the breasts from harsh abrasion of skin-to skin-contact on inflamed areas.

Sizing is based on shirt sizes. Women wearing sizes up to size 12 should purchase a REGULAR sling (cushions 8-inches in length / 1 1/2-inches in diameter); women wearing sizes 14 - women's 3X need a PLUS sized sling (cushions 9-inches in length / 1 1/2-inches in diameter). Sizes larger than women's 3X should the EXTRA PLUS size.

Great product

Perfect for radiation blistering under breast. Just wish I had known about this before I got blisters. Took a little to arrive. But did come when they said it would.
