I bought it from an Amazon Warehouse deal, it has been returned before and repacked, there was nothing missing but the thermal roll was almost finished. I guess it gives a clue why it has been returned ( the printer prints a small note everytime you fiddle with settings, so whoever bought it must have tried really a lot to be able to get it working)I took me a while to manage to settings right. Support videos are partially helpful, if you are familiar with networking, it must be a piece of cake but if not like me, it might be a challenging task but not impossible. I can confidently say that if someone cant manage to get it running on wifi most likely it is not printer's fault but users. On the other hand it is not simple to set up.OS Win10 , currently using WIFI never tried USB connection

I purchased two of these printers to work with Loyverse point of sale system which I have installed in the hospitality suite of a Scottish professional football club. There is very little by way of written set up instruction in the box but there is significant online support, including YouTube videos on connecting them to various point of sale systems, including Loyverse.Munbyn is not one of the printers listed as compatible by Loyverse but it works perfectly well with it. Staff take orders on tablets and these are immediately printed out on the bar for bar staff to prepare.Paper handling is absolute simplicity with a new till roll simply dropping in - important in a busy bar/restaurant setting.On the instruction video, it suggests that you set the printers to automatically obtain an IP address which means it uses DCHP. This meant that on logging on the printer was not guaranteed to obtain the same IP address and therefore the tablets would not connect. This is easily addressed by setting a static IP address which is a simple change to the printer’s configuration settings.Overall, I am very pleased with these printers both in terms of print and build quality. They are a little fiddly to set up but once you understand how they work, that is not a problem!

I've bought two WiFi receipt printer. At the beginning I was struggling to setup & finally decided to return the item. But as a last try I tried to message the support team stated on the manual & they guided me & at the end found the fixes. So it's ok to buy this product as there is a good support available.

I was struggling to setup Wifi printer as instruction did not work for me in Macbook. Amazon supplied me contact details of company and Team was very supportive. They spend significant amount of time with me over remote connection to make it work. I initiated return but product worked. Huge thanks to team to assist me to set it up. Keep such quality services.

Very poor print quality. Wouldn't recommend the product to my enemy. Only gave one star as zero wasn't an option

This product, for the price is Awesome! Tested so far: Font A and B and regular and Bold. Works. Native QR code and barcode CODE128 printing, Works. Rasterized image printing works. Nice compact design. Wifi setup with static IP no problems nor was the driver installation. Would suggest codepage 14 for Europe be set as default, so Euro currency symbols work out of the box. A really nice product.
