I'm a substance abuse counselor and I bought this workbook for my Aftercare group. In that group I'm supposed to talk about 12 steps and this workbook helps with our discussions. I highly recommend this workbook not just for a counselor, but also for the client.

I have used this in my own recovery and I use it with my clients. It is an excellent resource and very helpful for breaking down the steps in a manageable way. It is also very creative.

I got this for myself as my teen came out as an addict. It is a helpful tool to understand the 12 steps and also work on myself

Just what I need for my day to day thoughts, gratitude list and step work.

Just what I was looking for hopefully they will stay in the straight and narrow

(yeah)REVIEW: I was honestly expecting THOUGHT PROVOKING Questions!Instead -->> "List the actions you have already taken..." 🥴Every step starts with this vague question.-->> "What does Powerless mean to you..."😐-->> "What characteristics prevent you from taking Step 1?"Good Grief!! If I've gone so far as investing in this book, I'm already knee deep in my earnest efforts to work towards each and every step of my recovery...IF YOU DO write in this book, Use Only Ball Point Pens!!Gel ink WILL BLEED through to the backside of the page...On the PLUS SIDE, every page has (24) twenty four lines per page for you to transfer your thoughts & feelings, pen to paper! That's twice as many lines as the 12 Steps 🤫Yeah, 🤔 NO! This was not what I expected!

This is not a 12 step workbook. It is simply only very basic journal prompts. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

Pretty good for the price

You just bought or will buy a bunch of blank pages...Not helpful.No explainations, just a question on top of each page.
