aFe is proud to introduce the high-flowing MACH Force XP Y-pipe (Down Pipe) with catalytic convertors for the 2011-2014 Ford F-150 with the V6-3.5 liter EcoBoost engine. This MACH Force XP Y-pipe reduces turbo lag, while lowering exhaust temperatures. The increased flow of the 3-1/2 inch tubing greatly improves turbo spool and produces a deep exhaust tone. In testing, this system will give you up to 16 horsepower and 18 pound x feet of torque as verified in house dyno. The high-flow Y-pipe is mandrel-bent for maximum flow and is made from 409 stainless steel material for corrosion resistance and strength eliminating cracking. This Y-pipe comes equipped with 2 metallic spun high-flow (49-state legal and Canada legal) 300 CPSI catalytic convertors. The Y-pipe also incorporates a 3" to a 3-1/2" merge pipe collector that connects directly to the factory location. The merge-collector is a mitered design, which reduces turbulences for better flow and performance over the stock formed collectors. The Y-pipe s using all the OE locations for a simple clean installation. This high-flow Y-pipe utilizes 300 CPSI (cell per square inch) cats, which keeps the system a true bolt-on and go solution. aFe installs the cats in the correct location, which eliminates any installation hassles, and free of check engine lights. aFe's true merge collector eliminates dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow that formed collectors are prone to produce. The performance Y-pipe is designed to fit in the stock location incorporating the OE hanger, flange and O2 sensor locations. Note: This product is not legal for sale in California or use on vehicles registered with the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
